B.R.O.R.A. is a non-profit organization based within the city of Evanston, Wyoming, Uinta County, and the north slope of the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Its purpose is to assist and cooperate with local, state and federal governments in promoting, developing and maintaining outdoor recreation.

Some of the organization's main focuses are building nordic skiing, mountain biking, hiking, river use and equestrian use within our local areas.

In addition to coordinating with the Evanston Parks and Recreation District in their maintenance of cross country ski trails located at the Bear River Parkway, Bear River State Park, Purple Sage Golf Course, Aspen Elementary, and Uinta Meadows Elementary School, B.R.O.R.A. actively helps the U.S. Forest Service maintain ski trails and yurts in the Lily Lake Ski Area.

Furthermore, B.R.O.R.A. builds and maintains the Rio Oso mountain biking trail system near Bear River State Park.

B.R.OR.A. also promotes many community outreach events. It contributes to outdoor youth programs in and around Evanston, WY, including donating skis to local elementary schools and sponsoring youth ski scholarships through the Evanston Parks and Recreation Department.
